For most products, you have 15 days from receiving the item(s) to return your order without explanation as long as the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and any safety seals are not damaged. Food, water and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment such as face masks, anti-cut clothing, etc) products are not eligible for refunds after the product has shipped from the supplier.

Shipping: We provide fast shipping. Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs. You will be notified as soon as your items ship. Special Notice for Items that Require Signature: Carrier will obtain a signature from any person at the delivery address who is at least 21 years old and who has government-issued photo identification as proof of age. Carrier reattempts delivery if no one is available to sign for the package.

You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 15 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 15 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution.

If you need to exchange an item received, you will need to go through the normal returns process identified in our returns section and then order the correct item, if it is still available. Orders are processed immediately and dispatched to fulfillment as soon as they are received. For this reason, we are typically unable to honor cancellation requests.
